1,2,3 make your own movie

What if you could write your own script and transform it into a movie?
You should try it.


Imagine those words uttered by a teacher who's in front of 25 teenagers. Fantastic, right?
Through this school-project we have been able to explore lots of interesting vocabulary, lots of great information about movies and what is more, we have been able to acquire a new skill: recording our own movie and sharing it with our classmates. All this learning English at the same time.

Isn't it wonderful to learn a language while having fun and discovering new things? I believe this is the best thing we can get from this project.

Of course, to improve it and to find more ways to help our students we need to use it in real life. This project has been ideally designed in an friendly environment in which students would be open to participate and contribute in a creative way. Moreover, the school would have the economical background and the proper tools to carry out the different activities.

Ideal, but, what about reality? We need to find out ;-)

Fun treasure hunt-QR codes

Would you like to know everything about your favorite actors and movies? Even the most "mysterious" ones?

Download a QR-code reader, print the codes, hide them and play together with your classmates in order to answer the questions to this super fun movie-curiosities quiz.

Of course you can always create your own. Try a QR-generator and prepare another treasure hunt! It's worth it...but in English, don't forget!

KAHOOT

Kahoot is one of my favorite online activities to do with my students. It allows you to practice what you have studied in a super fun way. Kahoot is awesome!

Learning a language can be interesting because it allows you to communicate with people from all over the world. But, what if we could transform this interesting activity into a fun one?! What if at the same time you learn English you get the chance to record, edit and share your own movie?

Here you will find all the information you need in order to discover everything about movies (you will even have a virtual teacher!). At the end of the course you will be able to talk about the films you like, you will be capable of describing and reviewing movies in English and, of course, you will get the chance to make your own film! But this is not all, while you work on your movies, you will have fun with all the activities that you will have to carry on.
